Below we have included a list of some of the issues that concern us and we believe are important to note and discuss, in order to make effective changes and improvements.

+ Send unsolicited cookies that record our “navigation history” and send the information to third parties.

+ Private data that without our control reaches third parities’ hands.

+ Non-compliance with Data Protection Laws

+ The transfer of our private data to third parties without our permission.

+ We leave companies private data that we don’t even give the state itself.

+ Spam

+ Cyberbullying.

+ Illegal transactions as drugs, counterfeit drugs ...

+ The damage to other’s image (companies that supersede the corporate image of others...) without the offense is actionable by the authorities.

+ The installation and use of servers in foreign countries without legislation on the management of our information.

+ The impossibility to delete profiles and / or photos that we don’t want to be circulating on the Net

+ Failure to comply with laws protecting the right to honor and reputation.

+ The non-prosecution of crimes committed via the Internet: libel, slander, etc...., in countries with lax laws.

+ The transfer (almost automatically) of our photos
