About us

Campus Party is a collaboration between E3 Futura, a non-profit organization created with the objective of bringing technology to a larger population, and its sister organization, Futura Networks. Futura Networks was founded in 1999 to create forums and educational programs that promote innovation and responsible participation in digital culture.

Both Futura Networks and E3 Futura are headquartered in Madrid, Spain, with regional offices in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru and the United States.

Campus Party was founded by Paco Ragageles, Pablo Antón and Belinda Galiano. The three friends came together and collaborated with hundreds of passionate technologists to create an educational festival focused on new technologies and the unifying power of the Internet. Campus Party was the result of their collective vision, and it has become a place where all geeks can find their place, share ideas and learn through talks and workshops.

Since the first edition of Campus Party, the trio wanted to expand the event and make it an international phenomenon. In 2008, the festival crossed the Atlantic for its first editions in Brazil and Colombia and since then has launched events in four other countries in Latin America, including a second event in Recife, Brazil. Now, we're happy to announce Campus Party will be making its stateside debuet in Silicon Valley, CA.

Co-founder Belinda Galiano announced Campus Party at TEDx Silicon Valley and Paco Ragageles hosting the Campus Party podcast, #geekvibrations.
